RESPONSE TO COVID-19

With the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Centennial has put in place a plan and measures to ensure our safety.

The following is the current plan and will be reviewed as new information becomes available.

COVID-19 Related Plans and info at Centennial Presbyterian Church as of March 18, 2020

• The Sunday Church services will be canceled until further notice as mandated by the Alberta government. We will inform the congregation of any further changes by email, telephone and social media such as our website (www.centennialchurch.ca) and our Facebook page.

• The holding of committee meetings will be up to each group but Session recommends virtual or phone meetings at this time.

• Fellowship, educational and social events are suspended including: Youth group, confirmation classes, Bible Studies, Women’s group and Men’s breakfast.

• The use of the church by existing outside groups will be left to their discretion but they are directed to follow the protocols of cleanliness such as hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer will be available in most areas.

• Lastly, if anyone associated with Centennial does test positive for the COVID-19 virus please let Rev. Kim or your elder know so we can make the best decisions for the health of our congregation.

• If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Minister or your Elder.

Please remember to pray for each other and for a quick end to this virus.
