Ways to Give in times of COVID-19 Pndemic
To continue your giving, you can mail your offering to the church. Please put your cheque (no cash please) in your offering envelope, place inside a mailing envelope and address it to Centennial Presbyterian Church, Attn: Envelope Secretary, 103 Pinetown Place NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 5J1. Alternatively, you can register for Pre-Authoried Remittance (PAR). The form is on the website under Stewardship, Ways to Give. If you have any questions please address them to the office at office@centennialchurch.ca.
The Board is working on additional options for giving and when these are completed and available, a letter will be sent out that outlines the options and procedures.
Ways To Give
Sunday Service
Just place your check or cash in the offering during Sunday service. For your convenience, offering envelopes are available for giving. You can place cash or checks (payable to Centennial Presbyterian Church) in one of these envelopes and put it in the offering during Sunday service, or mail it to Centennial Presbyterian Church and we will apply your gift.
PAR: PAR stands for Pre-Authorized Remittance
We encourage everyone in the congregation to consider using the PAR program for regular givings. Not only does this give the church a stable funding base but it reduces bank charges and makes regular giving much easier. Forms to start or change PAR donations are always available in the Church Office. The form to start or change giving via the PAR program can also be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
It can be printed, filled in by hand and signed. The completed form should be returned to the Church Office, attention Treasurer. If you wish, you may place the form in an envelope marked “confidential”. For those already on PAR, remember that our costs continually increase. You are encouraged to prayerfully consider ensuring your PAR donation reflects this, as it is very important for the church and its programs.
